The Christopher Group Recruits Director of Global Talent Acquisition for STERIS
January 27, 2022 – The Christopher Group (TCG), a boutique HR executive search and business solutions recruiting firm, has placed Matt London as the new director of global talent acquisition at STERIS. The search was led by managing director Pam Noble and recruiting director Kat Kilkenney. “We were honored to be selected to fill this strategic role at STERIS,” said Ms. Noble. “Mr. London will be a great addition for this newly created position, as the organization continues to grow with their new leadership positions.”
Mr. London is an experienced strategic and operational talent acquisition professional. He has a track record of partnering with senior management to deliver an innovative recruiting strategy that is tightly aligned with business strategy. Mr. London brings over 15 years of experience to STERIS. Previously, he has held roles at PPC Broadband Inc. and, most recently, as a senior manager of global talent acquisition operations at Eaton.
Mr. London will be responsible for designing, executing and measuring global talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs that support the attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection of talent needed to meet current and future business needs. He will be expected to lead the next level of breakthrough results through building a strong understanding of STERIS’ business strategies, consultative and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing disciplined and inclusive talent practices, and building and developing a team of highly capable and motivated talent acquisition professionals.

In one of the firm’s toughest but most rewarding searches, this HR recruiting specialist placed Case McGee with the largest builder of manufactured housing and modular homes in the U.S. The company’s new chief people officer worked more than 23 years for ADM, most recently as vice president of human resources.
Ms. Kilkenney has worked in human resources for over 15 years as both a recruiter and HR generalist. She works with and places exceptional manager and director-level human resources candidates across the U.S. Prior to joining TCG, Ms. Kilkenney worked in corporate talent acquisition with PartsSource and OfficeMax as well as contract and permanent placement recruitment with Brickpath Group and IT consulting firms

The Christopher Group recently assisted in the recruitment of Miguel Perez as the new head of HR for Nordson Corp., a multinational adhesive dispensing equipment manufacturer. The search was led and placed by Ms. Noble and managing partner Jeff Wilbanks. “We were thrilled to work with Nordson as they realigned their organization and moved from a centralized to a decentralized HR structure,” said Ms. Noble. “Perez brings a unique set of capabilities with a strong focus in business leadership that will be a great asset to Nordson.”
Mr. Perez brings over 17 years of experience to Nordson Corp. Previously, he was head of HR for the business group functional organizations at Honeywell, where he managed more than 3,000 people across finance, legal, IT, M&A, transformation and commercial excellence for an $11 billion Honeywell strategic business group.
