Tatum Names President

Tatum, an interim services and executive search firm, has appointed Macon Albertson as its new president.

Mr. Albertson replaces Kathryn Bolt, who held the role on an interim basis but will continue to serve as group president of Tatum and Randstad Professionals.

He previously served as senior vice president of Randstad Professionals, overseeing business development and service delivery for the firm’s Northeast, Southeast and Midwest regions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the solutions, consulting and staffing industries.

“Macon’s previous consulting, solutions and transactional staffing experience, along with his expertise in business development, will play a critical role in providing the required leadership to build an operating platform that will allow for enhanced growth and sustained success for Tatum,” said Ms. Bolt.

In recent months, Tatum has added Paul Kruglik as office managing partner for its Pacific Northwest practice. Based in Seattle, he is responsible for leading Tatum’s practice in the region. He previously served as managing director for a professional services firm in the Seattle area.

The firm also recently named Eric Marin as a client service partner in the its Houston office. He is responsible for developing the company’s business in the Houston market with a specific focus on CFO and CIO services. Prior to joining Tatum, Mr. Marin founded R&M Global Advisors, which merged with MFR PC in 2012 to create a combined consulting firm specializing in board, CEO, CFO and CIO advisory services for the energy sector. He also served as an energy partner for Accenture.

Tatum, a Randstad company, operates offices in 10 U.S. markets, with a network of executives across the country. The firm’s four areas of capability include recruiting interim finance and technology executives for defined timeframes; end-to-end search solutions; staff augmentation of accounting, finance and technology professionals; executive search using its industry network.
