December 10, 2015 – Tatum, an interim services and executive search firm, has added Paul Kruglik as office managing partner for its Pacific Northwest practice. Based in Seattle, he is responsible for leading Tatum’s practice in the region.

Mr. Kruglik served as managing director for a professional services firm in the Seattle area. In this capacity, he was responsible for the leadership, strategy and stewardship of the brand and ensuring steady, top-line growth in the face of serious financial headwinds. Before this role, he held various senior-level finance positions over the past 20 years with large corporations including American Broadcasting Company, Fisher Communications and Wright Runstad. Mr. Kruglik also served as the CFO for several startups such as BuzzBee and the Spring Creek Group.

“Paul brings to Tatum a wealth of financial and consulting experience and a proven ability help companies through complex financial transactions, turnarounds, corporate restructurings and other challenging situations,” said Jim Dimitriou, managing partner for Tatum’s western regional team. “His hands-on leadership style, extensive financial background and familiarity with the business community of the region make him the best choice to lead our operations and further grow our presence in the Pacific Northwest. We are thrilled to welcome Paul to Tatum and look forward to the positive contributions he will make to our and our clients’ business.”

“Throughout my career, I have helped numerous organizations navigate through their most complicated and challenging situations, ensuring they have the right resources in place to create a successful transition,” said Mr. Kruglik. “I look forward to continuing this mission in my new role with Tatum, connecting businesses across the Northwest with the company’s expert consultants and solutions to provide the guidance they need to overcome their greatest financial challenges.”

Last month, Tatum named Eric Marin as a client service partner in the firm’s Houston office. He is responsible for developing the company’s business in the Houston market with a specific focus on CFO and CIO services. Prior to joining Tatum, Mr. Marin founded R&M Global Advisors, which merged with MFR PC in 2012 to create a combined consulting firm specializing in board, CEO, CFO and CIO advisory services for the energy sector. He also served as an energy partner for Accenture.

This past August, Tatum added Barbara Haith as a client services partner serving the New England region and Clint Williams as a client service partner serving Atlanta and the Southeastern U.S. Ms. Haith has more than 20 years of experience delivering professional services and workforce solutions to the middle market and Fortune 1000 companies.
