Talentor International Adds New Partner in India
January 25, 2024 – Executive search consortium Talentor International has expanded with the addition of Accrete Executive Search in India as its newest member firm. “We are very pleased to consolidate our presence in India,” Talentor International said. “Jay (GC Jayaprakash) is the founder director of Accrete Executive Search, the company that joins Talentor to cover the Indian market complementing and joining forces with our other partners from Anakin Management Consultants.” Accrete Executive Search is a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in CXO, niche / mission-critical roles and gender diversity roles across functions & levels spanning technology, industrial, consumer and pharma & life science segments. The firm was founded by senior leaders from a leading multinational HR conglomerate with a combined experience of over 100 years in appointing leaders in these segments.
Mr. Jayaprakash has three decades of consulting, executive search and selection experience. During his career he has founded three search and selection firms and specializes in leadership advisory & appointing key leaders for MNCs and Indian Corporates across functions and industry practices. Prior to co-founding ACCRETE Executive Search, he was a start-up leader for Stanton Chase India franchisee operations. He started the technology practice at Stanton Chase and was the APAC technology practice leader.

Past Growth

Talentor International Adds New Member Firm in Australia
Talentor International recently expanded its presence in Australia with the addition of Carrington Associates. Led by managing partner Sachin Khisti, Carrington Associates recruits senior leaders for technology, operations, and senior executives roles. The firm’s clients are large commercial businesses that are mostly in the branches of IT services, telecommunication, manufacturing, and financial services. Carrington Associates offers a six-month guarantee period for senior placements. When discussing why Mr. Khisti decided to join the Talentor network he said: “I want to develop and grow my recruitment, especially in the field of senior executive search, and the Talentor network was recommended to me by a partner from India.”
