Solomon Page Launches National Tax Staffing Practice

January 22, 2025 – New York City headquartered executive search firm Solomon Page has expanded its accounting and finance contract staffing division with the launch of a national tax staffing practice. Reporting to managing director Gregg Gavioli, the practice will be led by Rebeccah Bizon, who joined the firm as executive director. Through this new extension of the business and additional service offerings, the team will provide comprehensive tax staffing solutions to clients across industries, with a focus on roles in tax planning, transfer pricing, tax audit, tax technology, tax provision/accounting, and tax compliance on a national level.
Ms. Bizon has more than a decade of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Prior to joining Solomon Page, she played a pivotal role in building and expanding the corporate tax staffing team at a specialty tax staffing firm, delivering tailored talent solutions across a broad range of sectors focusing on Fortune 500 companies. “With her deep expertise in tax, along with strong client and candidate relationships, Rebeccah has become a recognized leader in the field,” Solomon Page said. “Her strategic vision and leadership will be critical to the continued development and success of this new practice.”
In conjunction with Ms. Bizon’s appointment, Matthew Bizon has joined the team as staffing director of the tax staffing practice. In this role, he will collaborate closely with Ms. Bizon’s and the broader team to support the practice’s growth and operational excellence.

New Additions
Solomon Page recently announced new additions to its accounting & finance full-time practice. The firm added search professionals Amy Stover, Courtney Hovis, Jennifer Coners, and Matthew Santoli, who bring a wealth of experience. Each new team member has a unique background that will strengthen the Solomon Page’s service offerings, placing full-time accounting and finance professionals across all levels, from mid-level roles to C-suite positions.
Reporting into West Coast managing director Tim Calley, Ms. Stover and Ms. Hovis will focus on expanding business development efforts in Texas. Ms. Coners, also supporting Mr. Calley’s team, will be servicing the California market. Partnering with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, she will be working with leading brands to provide mid-level and executive talent. Mr. Santoli, reporting into East Coast managing director Howard Hecht, will be focused on developing relationships across all industries with a particular focus in the venture capital and private equity-backed space, placing all functional roles within accounting and finance from director-level to C-suite.
