Kestria Names New Practice Leaders

January 22, 2025 – Kestria, formerly known as IRC Global Executive Search Partners, has named Manveet S. Hora, CEO of Synergy Consultants, (Kestria India) as the new global practice leader for the technology practice group and Philipp Mathieu, one of three managing partners of Viavanta, (Kestria Switzerland), as the new industrial/production global practice leader.
Mr. Hora has spent over 15 years helping clients attract and secure top technology talent globally. He is also IRC Asia-Pacific regional leader and managing director of IRC India. “We are proud that Manveet S. Mr. Mathieu has 25 years of experience in international executive search. His focused is on the search for executives at the management and board level in industry, technology, construction, healthcare as well as in the service sector. “We are proud that Philipp Mathieu is going to lead the industrial/production practice group,” said Ms. Meimaroglou. “His commitment and passion for achieving high-end results are the key drivers for such an amazing team that he is taking on.”
