Solomon Page Expands Healthcare & Life Sciences Division

March 19, 2025 – New York City headquartered executive search firm Solomon Page has expanded its healthcare & life sciences division with the additions Steve Marsh and Megan Berlinger as managing directors. Mr. Marsh has 32 years of experience conducting and overseeing senior-level placements for integrated health systems, AAMC institutions, hospitals, and medical groups. A frequent speaker at national healthcare conferences, he is widely regarded as an authority on executive recruitment best practices. Mr. March most recently served as partner and healthcare delivery practice lead with Buffkin / Baker. Before that, he was CEO of M3 Executive Search. Mr. Marsh was also co-founder of The Medicus Firm. “At Solomon Page, he will leverage his extensive industry knowledge and network to support clients in securing transformative clinical leadership,” the firm said.

Ms. Berlinger brings a combination of 14 years in healthcare administration and expertise in healthcare executive search, with a focus on identifying and placing senior leadership within hospitals, academic medical centers, and health systems. She specializes in recruiting dean’s office leadership, key department and service line leaders, and niche areas such as population health and digital health. Prior to joining Solomon Page, Ms. Berlinger held key leadership roles at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center from 2006 through 2020. “Her dual experience in healthcare administration and executive recruitment positions her as a valuable resource for healthcare organizations seeking dynamic, visionary leadership,” Solomon Page said.

New Practice
This past January, Solomon Page expanded its accounting and finance contract staffing division with the launch of a national tax staffing practice. Reporting to managing director Gregg Gavioli, the practice will be led by Rebeccah Bizon, who joined the firm as executive director. Through this new extension of the business and additional service offerings, the team will provide comprehensive tax staffing solutions to clients across industries, with a focus on roles in tax planning, transfer pricing, tax audit, tax technology, tax provision/accounting, and tax compliance on a national level.
Ms. Bizon has more than a decade of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Prior to joining Solomon Page, she played a pivotal role in building and expanding the corporate tax staffing team at a specialty tax staffing firm, delivering tailored talent solutions across a broad range of sectors focusing on Fortune 500 companies. “With her deep expertise in tax, along with strong client and candidate relationships, Rebeccah has become a recognized leader in the field,” Solomon Page said. “Her strategic vision and leadership will be critical to the continued development and success of this new practice.”
In conjunction with Ms. Bizon’s appointment, Matthew Bizon has joined the team as staffing director of the tax staffing practice. In this role, he will collaborate closely with Ms. Bizon’s and the broader team to support the practice’s growth and operational excellence.
