Solomon Page Expands Accounting & Finance Practice
October 2, 2025 – New York City headquartered executive search firm Solomon Page has expanded with the addition of Mark Fellinger as a managing director within its accounting & finance full-time practice. Based in Chicago, Mr. Fellinger’s addition represents a strategic expansion of the firm’s presence into the Midwest, with a focus on the greater Chicago area and surrounding suburbs, as well as Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Mr. Fellinger brings a proven track record of success in building long-term client partnerships and delivering high-impact talent solutions within the finance and accounting space. His expertise lies in full-time, professional-level search, supporting organizations across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professional services.
Mr. Fellinger specializes in placing experienced talent across key functional areas such as audit and tax, as well as senior-level roles including CFO, controller, accounting manager, and FP&A. “He is known for his ability to identify candidates who combine technical proficiency with strategic business insight, helping clients build strong and effective teams,” Solomon Page said. “A seasoned leader, Mark has built and managed teams while spearheading client growth and business development efforts. Joining Mr. Fellinger, Solomon Page has also added Todd Koch as recruiting manager. With 15 years of experience in recruiting, he specializes in accounting and finance talent acquisition, with a track record of identifying, engaging, and placing high-caliber professionals across a variety of industries.
In addition, Alexandra Varley recently joined Solomon Page as search manager and will be supporting the accounting & finance division with business development and recruitment efforts both on the West Coast and nationally.

Expanding Healthcare & Life Sciences Division
This past March, Solomon Page expanded its healthcare & life sciences division with the additions of Steve Marsh and Megan Berlinger as managing directors. Solomon Page Launches Clinical Physician Search
Solomon Page has strengthened its service offerings within the healthcare & life sciences division with the addition of clinical physician search, a new specialty area for the firm. Solomon Page has also appointed Todd Martin as vice president of clinical physician search. “Todd’s arrival is a significant milestone in the evolution of our healthcare service offerings,” said Steve Marsh, managing director. “His deep expertise in physician search brings tremendous value to our clients. Mr. Marsh has 32 years of experience conducting and overseeing senior-level placements for integrated health systems, AAMC institutions, hospitals, and medical groups. A frequent speaker at national healthcare conferences, he is widely regarded as an authority on executive recruitment best practices. Mr. Marsh most recently served as partner and healthcare delivery practice lead with Buffkin / Baker.
Ms. Berlinger brings a combination of 14 years in healthcare administration and expertise in healthcare executive search, with a focus on identifying and placing senior leadership within hospitals, academic medical centers, and health systems. She specializes in recruiting dean’s office leadership, key department and service line leaders, and niche areas such as population health and digital health. Prior to joining Solomon Page, Ms. Berlinger held key leadership roles at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center from 2006 through 2020.
