January 15, 2016 – Chicago-based executive search firm Slayton Search Partners has added Kevin Duffy as an executive vice president.
During his 25-year career in executive search, Mr. Duffy has focused on the consumer sector, partnering with retailers, multi-unit consumer service companies and consumer food and product manufacturers. He has filled the executive hiring needs of Fortune 500s, Fortune 50s, private equity portfolio companies, privately held companies, and diverse enterprises in consumer-facing industries.
Prior to joining Slayton, Mr. Duffy led numerous executive search projects as a managing director of retail search specialist Herbert Mines Associates. He also was a senior client partner at Korn Ferry in Chicago and a member of the firm’s global consumer market, specializing in the retail and consumer areas.
