November 5, 2015 – Sheffield Haworth has added Mark Dixon as a managing director in its global technology practice, Jennifer Novack as a managing director / global real estate practice head, and George Gilmartin as an executive director also in its real estate practice.
Working in the firm’s London office, Mr. Dixon will focus on facilitating chief digital officer and chief technology officer appointments for companies throughout the financial services, media and technology arenas. He joins Sheffield Haworth from CTPartners, where he led the firm’s CIO practice across Europe and Asia. During his career, he worked with a number of fintech, media and financial services companies, building high-performing digital leadership teams and assembling world class innovation labs. Earlier in his career, he served as head of the technology practice at Hutton Consulting, a boutique financial services executive search firm.

Based in New York, Ms. Novack has specialized in real estate executive search for the last decade and led key hires at the senior level, team builds and advisory projects for private equity firms, investment banks, developers, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and portfolio companies. Previously, she was managing partner at Sousou Partners, a boutique recruiting firm focused on real estate, infrastructure, energy and hospitality, where she was integral to leading and building the firm’s practice.

Mr. Gilmartin, who will also be based in New York, brings over 20 years of experience in executive search, having specialized in the real estate sector for the past decade executing senior level assignments across the industry. He has recruited senior professionals and completed assignments in real estate private equity, investment management & advisory, real estate investment banking & hedge funds and on behalf of owners/operators/developers and family offices. Previously, Mr. Gilmartin served as a managing consultant with Futurestep and prior to that was senior director in the real estate practice at Ferguson Partners. Earlier in his career, he was a managing director at the Capstone Partnership and director in the U.S. technology sector practice with TMP Worldwide Executive Search.
Sheffield Haworth’s real estate practice completes mandates worldwide for senior-level positions, including board level roles, vice presidents, managing directors, partners, investment principals, and asset/portfolio management professionals.
