Sheffield Haworth Adds Asset Management Recruiting Specialist

June 3, 2015 – Sheffield Haworth has named Andrew Blane as managing director in the firm’s U.S. asset management search practice. He will be based in New York. Mr. Blane has nearly two decades of executive search, sales management, marketing, and business development experience in both U.S. and global markets. He was previously managing partner with Warren International for seven and a half years, an executive search boutique specializing in conducting team lift-outs and searches in asset management. There, he specialized in executive search focused on identifying, assessing, and placing entire teams of asset managers. Prior to that, he spent five years as director of sales at Restricted Stock Systems, where he increased business from three clients to more than 250 over three years.

Sheffield Haworth’s financial services practice currently consists of 19 recruiters in the U.S. and is led by Mark Esposito, president of the Americas. Its asset management specialty practice has four recruiters in the U.S., with many other consultants working across various industry lines.
