Russell Reynolds Expands Pharmaceutical and Non-Profit Practices

January 21, 2016 – Russell Reynolds Associates has strengthened its global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and non-profit practices with the addition of Waseem Noor as a consultant.

He will assess and recruit senior executive leaders and board members for client organizations in his industries of focus. Based in the firm’s New York office, he specializes in the assessment and recruiting of senior executive leaders and board members.

Mr. Noor has spent 17 years at IMS Consulting / Strategic Decisions Group, most recently serving as vice president and global lead for their strategy and portfolio analysis group. In this role, he advised a number of large pharmaceutical, biotech and global health executives on strategic planning, growth strategy and business acquisition engagements. Earlier in his career, he consulted for the Harvard Institute for International Development, the International Labor Organization and The World Bank.

Russell Reynolds recently expanded its Houston office with the appointments of Brian Bayne and Stuart Vardaman. They join the firm’s energy and natural resources search practice. With more than 17 years of experience in business and corporate development, Mr. Bayne previously served as general manager and global energy practice lead for Axiom Law, a global legal services company. Mr. Vardaman spent the past three years as an energy sector recruiting specialist with Spencer Stuart.
