RevelOne Recruits Chief Marketing Officer for SupplyHouse.com

January 24, 2025 – Greenwood Village, CO-based executive search firm RevelOne has helped to recruit Kaylin Durham as the new chief marketing officer of SupplyHouse.com in Melville, NY. The search was led by vice president Liz Schrum and Montse Jungers. “Thank you Josh Meyerowitz and Matt Willden – CEO and CHRO at SupplyHouse.com – for working closely with our team throughout the search,” RevelOne said in a LinkedIn post. Ms. Durham brings a background in scaling teams across marketing and e-commerce, managing large marketing budgets and deep expertise in digital channels. She most recently served as chief customer officer at The Aaron Company Inc. Before that, Ms. Durham gained experience in senior roles with Swarm Agency and 22squared.

Ms. Jungers started her recruiting career at Magellan Research Group, a network startup that sources executives and industry experts for short-term consulting projects. For three years, she developed her communications and networking skills while gaining experience managing hedge fund and private equity clients. Montse also took on internal hiring and development initiatives for the firm. Ms. Jungers previously worked in the translation and customer service industries.

Current business landscape demands have only increased the contribution from CMOs, according to the latest research report from Forrester and Heidrick & Struggles. The survey found that CMOs are building strong relationships with the head of product and research and development to prepare their organizations for digital disruption.

Previously, Mr. De Stio was head of digital and ecommerce at LoveShackFancy. Before that, he served as vice president, worldwide digital & ecommerce with TOM FORD. Prior to this, Mr. De Stio was director of digital, Loro Piana, LVMH. During his career, he has also gained experience serving in various senior positions with Tod’s Group, Gucci, Luxottica, Lacoste, and ADR Media Integrators.
