Reffett Associates Adds Supply Chain Veteran

July 22, 2020 – Reffett Associates has added veteran supply chain executive Sam Mayberry as a principal. He will focus on the supply chain sector of the consumer industry. Additionally, Mr. Mayberry will use his background and experience working with non-profits to help Reffett Associates to continue to build its non-profit practice.

Mr. Mayberry is an industry veteran with more than 35-years’ experience in the wholesale, retail and eCommerce channels where he held leadership positions for Supervalu, Albertson’s and Amazon. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer of Food Lifeline, a Seattle based non-profit and the largest hunger-relief organization in the state of Washington. Last year it distributed more than 58 million pounds of food to its’ network of more than 300 local food banks, meal programs, and shelters. Mr. Mayberry also spent more than 10 years in senior merchandising and supply chain roles with Supervalu and Albertson’s.

In his role with Reffett Associates, Mr. Mayberry will work with companies to fill supply chain openings for manufacturing, wholesale, retail and eCommerce channels. His experience spans the breadth from merchandising to logistics, where he oversaw both sales, procurement and merchandising activities for branded and private products.

Mr. Mayberry will be filling both management and executive-level positions and helping companies find candidates who possess not only the right work history experience but also align with company culture to ensure a lasting experience for both parties.
