Will Yau

William leads the Finance Services and Professional Services team.

He focuses on mid- to senior-level searches in financial services and professional services, specializing in global markets, investment banking, private equity, and strategic consulting positions.

William has over six years of experience in search in Tokyo and has successfully helped many firms to expand their Japan-based organizations. William is always willing to go the extra mile to find the right talent for his clients.

Originally from Scotland, William received a Master’s degree in international business from Edinburgh University. Before moving into executive search, he was a brand manager for Procter & Gamble.

William enjoys snowboarding and travelling, and is also known in the Tokyo finance industry for organizing major networking events.
