Ai Ling Lee

AiLing has more than 12 years of regional talent acquisition experience based out of both Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to returning to Malaysia to take up a new challenge establishing a healthcare and life sciences practice for another global executive search firm, AiLing was based in Singapore at RGF, where she headed the industrial team while personally specializing in supply chain and logistics.

Over the years as a recruiter, AiLing has proven her capabilities via successful placements for challenging roles and developed strong long-term partnerships within her network. As a consistent high biller, she represented Singapore at RGF’s regional Search and Leadership Academies, where she won both the Best Leadership Challenge Case Study and Best Student accolades.

Originally from Malaysia, AiLing will be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
