Douglas MacDonald

Douglas has 15+ years’ experience in Executive search across the UK and South East Asia and 25+ years in management roles. Originally from Scotland, he has managed regional operations from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and is now delighted to be leading RGF Executive Search in Thailand. He has worked both in-house and agency side, having previously worked in the UK for Ernst & Young and State Street Investment Bank.

He brings extensive experience in driving transformative change and in leading operations, growth, L&D and business development across the region. Along with Retained Search, Douglas has strong exposure to Project Recruitment, On-Demand RPO and Outplacement Services. He has worked across various industries but FSI/Accounting & Finance and Insurance have been his core specializations.

Douglas studied Management at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and is looking forward to studying the Thai language and growing and developing the RGF Executive Search business here in Thailand and in partnership with our clients and candidates.
