Rubi Ann Benitez

Rubi has over 15 years of solid experience in the executive search and selection industry, of which 12 years were in a leadership role. She specializes in placing candidates for Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and Information Communications Technology (ICT) functions across industries.

She has worked with a number of multinational and large client companies in the Philippines, from Pharmaceuticals, FMCG (fast-moving commercial goods), Business Process Outsourcing, Industrial, Banking, Hospitality, Semiconductor, Agriculture, Automotive, and Advertising.

Prior to joining Bó Lè Associates, a group company of RGF, Rubi worked at KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc., an affiliate partner of Horton International, as a pioneering employee and as Consulting Director and Practice Head, leading and completing assignments for all senior levels in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Information and Communications Technology, and Administration functions at the firm. She also has built and developed an extensive network of professionals.

Rubi graduated from St. Paul College in the Philippines with a B.A. degree in Communication Arts. She speaks fluent English and Filipino.
