Will is an Executive Search Consultant in TMG’s Technology Practice Group. He specializes in searches in the information technology and financial services industries, and continually strives to serve the Washington, DC metro area as a trusted client partner and career advisor. Will has a passion for engaging with clients and candidates alike, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive and lasting impact both professionally and personally.

Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Will successfully supported large, medium, and small commercial & private organizations across the country in their never-ending battle for top talent. Will also has multiple years of experience as both an account manager and as a recruiter supporting various organizations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Will’s diversified professional background in sales, marketing, customer relations, business development, and recruiting at both large corporations & small businesses is a great asset to the clients he serves at The McCormick Group. He has experience placing various information technology professionals, including IT Managers, Cybersecurity Professionals, Program & Project Managers, Business Analysts, Application Developers, Dev Ops Engineers, Big Data & Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Analysts.
