As a former human capital manager for a Big 4 consulting firm and a leadership development consultant, Mike brings 10+ years of industry experience, serving Fortune 500 clientele. Leveraging his recent work, Mike’s focus in Human Capital Strategy will impact TMG practice areas of, Not for Profit, Legal, and Professional Services.
Having fostered impactful, professional relationships with organizational leaders; in the D.C. metro area, Mike is uniquely positioned to help leadership navigate today’s turbulent organizational challenges, such as strategic workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, executive recruitment, performance management and professional development/coaching.
Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from George Mason University and a Masters of Arts degree in Strategic Human Resources & Organizational Development from Marymount University. He also received a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) credential from the Center for Credentialing and Education. Mike lives in the Washington D.C. Metro area with his wife (Ellie) and two children (Leonardo and Isaac).
