Tim Horgan


Tim’s diversified professional background in sales, marketing, operations and recruiting at both large corporate and small businesses is a great asset to the clients he serves at The McCormick Group. He has experience in executive recruiting, sales management, strategic development, program implementation, new technology product introduction and brand management. He concentrates on Commercial Real Estate Investment and Financial Investment Services, with a particular focus on broker-dealers, investment banking, and RIA’s.

Before joining the McCormick Group, Tim was Vice President of Sales for NavtechGPS, a small Government Contractor primarily serving DOD and DHS. Tim was also Founder and President of GSA & Associates LLC, a full-service professional staffing firm, where he led all efforts serving the commercial and government contractor markets in the Washington DC region. Tim also served as SVP, Sales & Marketing for an early stage, venture-backed payments and marketing company and for many years in marketing, sales & operations positions for ExxonMobil/Mobil Oil.

He received a B.S. in Business Management from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and has completed Executive Education Programs at The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Tim spends his personal time with family, mostly enjoying and supporting the sports activities of his three children.
