Todd Scott joined EFL Associates in 2010 as an Associate Vice President and offers over 12 years of recruiting and talent acquisition expertise. During his tenure with the organization, he has been involved in a wide variety of national C-Level and executive searches including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief technology officer, president, senior vice president, and director positions.
Scott’s search projects encompass many different industry segments: information technology, financial services, transportation and logistics, government, nonprofit, distribution/manufacturing, engineering/construction, and sales.
Throughout his recruitment career, Scott has developed and maintained a large network of senior leadership contacts within the most recognized and successful corporations in the country. As a result, he is able to produce top caliber candidates who are ready to bring their talents to a new opportunity.
Prior to joining EFL Associates, Scott held senior leadership roles at well-known financial services organizations such as Capital One. In addition to managing recruitment teams, Scott has spearheaded cross-functional project efforts including the implementation of applicant tracking systems, on-boarding programs, design and development of behavioral interviewing processes, and workforce planning initiatives. Todd has a diversified background with demonstrated success in all facets of talent acquisition and management, sourcing, employee retention, strategic planning, vendor management, and negotiation, performance metrics and staff leadership.
