Kristen Faust

Kristen Faust serves as Director Contingency Search Practice for CBIZ, powered by EFL Associates.  Since 2002, she has provided virtual and traditional research services for search engagement in many industries and functions.  Faust has a proven track record of identifying and attracting passive candidate from preferred industries, companies, and competitors to deliver highly-qualified candidates. She brings creativity, perseverance and intuition to an aggressive, proven process-driven search execution for Director and Manager level positions.

In the contingency search practice, Faust focuses on our clients’ most essential positions – those individual contributors with specialized skills that are the tactical talent that makes their business successful every day.  With over 20 years of executive search experience, Faust applies that expertise to the recruitment of Director and Manager level talent for our client organizations.

Since joining EFL Associates, Kristen has conducted and contributed to the success of over 150 search assignments.  Although her experience spans all industries, Faust is exceptionally knowledgeable in the healthcare, banking, manufacturing and life science industries.
