Amy Miller

Amy Miller has more than 20 years of expertise in executive recruiting, talent acquisition consulting, and human resources management. Amy’s background provides her with a deep knowledge of an organization’s talent needs and challenges, as well as the insight to identify the right person for executive level positions.

Prior to joining EFL Associates, Amy was a retained executive search consultant for a regional firm where she led engagements across all functional areas, including General Management, Operations, Human Resources and Strategic Business Development. Throughout Amy’s career, she has led search engagements for leading companies in financial services, manufacturing, private equity, high tech and healthcare.

Early in her career, Amy honed her talent acquisition and HR management skills working for Goldman Sachs and 5th/3rd Bank. Later, she founded and operated Barron Search, a Denver-based boutique search firm with a focus on placing financial services professionals in leadership roles.
