Nancy Huckaba

Nancy Huckaba leads our national non-profit executive search practice. Nancy has conducted and contributed to the success of well over 200 non-profit and corporate executive search assignments since 2006, bringing creativity, perseverance, intuition, and strategic analysis to the table, in addition to a proven process-driven search. Because she is invested in her Client’s future success, candidates they recruit and present are individually selected for that particular organization, giving her and her team an incredibly high “stick rate” of five years or more for the executives they place.

Knowing that organizations with a diverse leadership team are more profitable, creative, and productive, Nancy and her team work diligently to identify talented professionals from currently underrepresented groups in her clients’ organizations – a “culture add.” When an outstanding executive is placed, the entire organization benefits. For non-profit organizations, the best placements contribute an added benefit of increasing the positive impacts on the communities they serve.

In addition to her work as an Executive Search Consultant, Nancy has a portfolio of volunteer work and civic involvement, including local and state non-profit leadership roles, chambers, faith community leaders, foundations, and trade associations.
