Leslie Shaw

Leslie Shaw joined EFL Associates in 2004 and has a strong record of successful executive search experience. As a Senior Vice President, she has led searches across multiple industries, including manufacturing (industrial and consumer goods) construction and engineering, food and agriculture, retail and restaurant, energy, finance, and real estate. During her 15 tenure with the company, she has been involved in over 500 C-Level and senior executive level searches working with domestic and global business partners. Her unparalleled expertise in data mining, social networking and all forms of “virtual” recruiting techniques equips her to identify and recruit the right talent for the job.

Shaw has been successful in identifying and attracting senior-level executives for a multitude of functions in general management – finance, sales, human resources and operations, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO, CMO and Director level roles.

Before becoming a search consultant, Shaw enjoyed a successful 18-year career in Memphis, Tennessee. As a former CEO and business owner of a national franchise operation, Leslie is appreciated by clients for her perspective of the complexities of today’s successful businesses especially as they relate to the nuances of national recruiting efforts.
