Raffaele started his own journey nearly 40 years ago, helping to transform the digital landscape around the globe. He has held senior Marketing, Sales, and General Management positions with companies such as the Italian National Research Center, Modcomp, Informix Software, AC Nielsen, Olivetti, and Merrill Lynch, to name a few. He has lived and worked in his native Italy as well as Belgium, Switzerland, UK and the United States.
Since joining Hightech Partners in 2006, he has facilitated hundreds of top-level international recruitments, enabling clients to achieve their business targets, while allowing recruits to express their talents in the proper environment and change their lives for the better.
