Paul Herman

Paul is a Director for CMF in Philadelphia within the financial and operational consulting practice. Paul has approximately 11 years of experience providing consulting services to both public and privately held companies, and has strong finance and accounting experience. His experience includes expertise in transaction advisory, business combinations and merger integration, organization restructuring, technical accounting, and general business leadership, allowing CMF and its clients the opportunity to achieve their optimum result.

Prior to CMF, Paul was an Audit Manager at KPMG, M&A Due Diligence Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Sr. Manager of Internal Audit at Acelity. In his free time, Paul enjoys exercising and playing sports. He has also competed in numerous triathlons at the ironman and half-ironman distances. Fun facts about Paul – he speaks fluent Spanish and comes from a family of eight.

Paul holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas Pan-American. He is a CPA in Texas and Maryland, and currently a Level 2 Candidate in the CFA Program.
