Dennis is a Director for CBIZ CMF in New York within the financial and operational consulting practice. Dennis has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and finance services to both public and privately held companies.
Dennis also has strong management, consulting, and business leadership experience. His extensive background includes transaction advisory, financial reporting, post-transaction integration services, organization restructuring, and technical accounting. Dennis helps CBIZ CMF and its clients to achieve their optimum result.
Prior to joining CBIZ CMF, Dennis was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and managed teams that served large financial sponsors. He has extensive experience leading teams through projects and managing client relationships.
Dennis’s experience also includes in-house experience with financial sponsors which involved preparing performance analyses of portfolio companies.
