Kathryn Kehoe

Kathryn is a managing director at CMF, leading the firm’s executive search and recruiting practice. She has over 20 years’ experience in organization assessment and redesign projects, as well as in recruiting, assessing, and selecting middle-market senior financial executives.

Before joining CMF, Kathryn was senior vice president of U.S. operations and strategy and a corporate officer at Langer, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAIT), a medical and personal care product manufacturer. She was also president of Kehoe Associates, a consulting firm providing HR, organization development, and recruitment consulting services to the middle market in a variety of industry sectors. Prior experience includes senior human resources and operations positions at NovaCare Inc., Bristol Myers Squibb Company, and Johnson & Johnson.

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, and working out at Platoon Fitness. Fun fact about Kathy: she was the County Spelling Bee winner in middle school.

Kathryn holds a B.S. in Management and Finance from Arcadia University.
