Clare Yuritch

As a senior director on CMF’s financial and operational consulting team, Clare leads client projects, providing valuable cross-functional expertise in organizational and management consulting, financial reporting, corporate accounting, internal controls, transaction-related consulting, and preparation for audit and IPO.

Prior to joining CMF, Clare built a solid record of accomplishments and a reputation for excellence among her clients and colleagues as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.  She provided unparalleled accounting, audit, and business advisory services to both public and private companies, primarily within the consumer and industrial manufacturing sectors.

In her spare time, Clare enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, as well as relaxing at the beach and snowboarding, depending upon the season. Fun fact about Clare: she participated in “big air” and other terrain park-related snowboarding competitions.

Clare holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Villanova University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of both the AICPA and PICPA organizations.
