Dave is a director at CMF, where he leads the executive consultant recruiting team, which handles the sourcing and placement of consultants and interim candidates at CMF clients.
Prior to CMF, Dave sourced finance and accounting candidates at a large, nationwide professional staffing firm. Dave also held positions at BlackRock and SEI, where he worked with private equity and hedge funds in a variety of finance and accounting capacities.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys reading, brewing his own beer, and running Tough Mudder and Spartan races. Fun fact about Dave: he is professionally trained in voice over/voice acting – and has a demo to prove it!
