Mike Mannella

Mike is a Senior Director in the financial and operational consulting practice for CMF and is based in Vancouver, Canada. He has over 25 years of financial and operational leadership, process transformation and transactional expertise specializing in creating stable business platforms capable of generating profitable growth. His extensive experience includes expertise in business combinations, carve outs, merger integration, and general business leadership, allowing CMF and its clients the opportunity to achieve their optimum result.

Prior to joining CMF, Mike was a partner in the Business Risk practice at Ernst & Young leading the firm’s Vancouver practice specializing in Telecom, Mining and Metals. Mike was CFO and then CEO of a publicly traded technology hardware manufacturer where he joined the company in a turnaround capacity.

Prior to that, Mike’s background also includes leading a small privately held software developer focused on warehousing and reverse logistics. He has extensive experience in the consulting practice at Ernst & Young where he spent a number of years as a process improvement consultant.

When he’s not at CMF, Mike enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and practicing his Canadian accent.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants in Ontario and British Columbia.
