Mike Little has over 15 years of executive search experience spanning numerous industries and a broad range of functional areas. Prior to joining CarterBaldwin in 2012, Mike worked for one of the country’s “large” search firms. As a high energy, entrepreneurial leaning individual, Mike also spent several years leading his own executive search firm where he served clients spanning manufacturing, distribution, technology, and service providers.

Prior to his career in executive search, Mike was in vocational ministry. He was the founding/lead pastor for a startup church in Midtown Atlanta. Earlier, Mike was Assistant Pastor for an established congregation in Roswell, GA.

Mike received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Mike is a devoted father of three, an avid UNC basketball fan, and a technology enthusiast.
