Chris conducts searches in our higher education, nonprofit, and corporate search practices. As a search consultant, leader, and prior business development executive, Chris’ network and experience spans hundreds of organizations, F500 companies, higher education institutions, and ministries.
Prior to CarterBaldwin, Chris was Director for a leading national recruiting and consulting firm where he worked with numerous national clients. Earlier, Chris was Executive Director of Radical Mentoring, a nonprofit organization. Under Chris’ leadership, Radical Mentoring expanded and scaled significantly across a global footprint. Chris started his career in sales and business development for a start-up software company, helping them to achieve national presence and ultimately being sold to Kaplan, Inc. where Chris’ role expanded to Regional Director of Sales.
Chris attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a BBA in Finance. He serves on the Board of Radical Mentoring and is on the Advisory Board of The 3:15 Project. Chris and his wife Shanna reside in Johns Creek, GA with their three children. Outside of time with his family, there is a decent chance you will find Chris fly fishing in one of Georgia’s gorgeous trout streams.
