With over 25 years of experience in executive search, Bill has overseen hundreds of searches for key leadership positions, including chief executive officers, presidents, provosts, and associated roles within these organizations. Additionally, he has successfully placed senior executives for corporate clients operating in related sectors.

Before joining CarterBaldwin, Bill spent six years as a partner in the Atlanta office of a national recruiting firm, where he was pivotal in establishing both healthcare and higher education practices. He began his career in search focused on the healthcare sector, recruiting physicians and executives for health systems and academic medical centers.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bill values family and community engagement. He and his wife of over thirty years, Angela, are committed to actively participating in nonprofits that serve children and families.
