Matt Meyer

Matt is an Senior Search Consultant at Artico, with proven expertise in identifying and securing the world’s top talent for venture capital and private equity firms. Matt has an extensive global network that he brings to bear as a trusted advisor, and invaluable partner to firms who only want to hire the best.

Prior to joining Artico, Matt was a Consultant in the private capital team at Russell Reynolds Associates, based in London. In this role, he built strong expertise in advising private equity firms on making investment professional and operating partner hires. He began his career at Alphasights, a global expert network, where he worked in various management roles across New York, Hong Kong, and London.

Matt is a German native and graduated from the University of Virginia where he studied Leadership and Public Policy. He also received his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2016. He currently lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with his wife and three daughters and enjoys exercise and discovering the local food scene.
