Glenn Zweig

Glenn is a Partner at Artico, where he works with growth-stage and midcap technology companies to place CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders. He focuses on partnering with innovative companies that are disrupting and reshaping industries. He is also a certified coach, working with growth-minded leaders to unlock hidden potential and maximize their impact.

Prior to Artico, Glenn was a Technology Practice Group leader at Egon Zehnder, where he led C-suite searches for private equity–backed and public companies in software, fintech, and tech-enabled services. He specialized in scaling and transformational leadership mandates.

Earlier in his career, Glenn was an advisor at Goldman Sachs and also spent a decade in Silicon Valley as a technology entrepreneur, scaling multiple venture-backed startups. He began his career at Walt Disney Imagineering.

Glenn earned a BA in economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is married with two children and enjoys endurance hiking, padel, pickleball, and hosting his leadership podcast, The Art of Excellence.
