Katie Falciglia is an experienced executive support and operations professional with more than a decade of experience supporting senior and C-level executives in startup and investment environments. She has a proven track record of managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, overseeing estate and vendor operations, and streamlining administrative processes with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Most recently, Katie served as Executive/Personal Assistant to a private family office, where she managed operations across multiple residences and offices, coordinated extensive travel logistics, supported large-scale estate projects, and partnered closely with leadership on organizational and operational initiatives.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Sacred Heart University and is based in Westchester County where she enjoys spending time with her two young sons & family.
