Andrew McCormack is a Partner at Artico Search specializing in executive search for private equity and venture capital clients. He leads engagements to identify and place senior investment and operating talent, with a focus on delivering strategic, long-term value through talent and talent infrastructure.
Prior to joining Artico, Andrew spent six years at Ferguson Partners, where he rose to Director and led the firm’s New York office. He began his career in executive search as an Associate at David Barrett Partners. Andrew holds a degree from Stanford University, where he was also a member of the varsity baseball team. He is based in New York City.
