Lauren Pich
Associate
Lauren Pich is an Associate at Artico. Prior to joining Artico full-time, she interned with both Artico and Landing Point, where she gained hands-on experience in executive search and financial recruiting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University, where she also minored in Business. During her time at Cornell, she was a Division I student-athlete on the women’s diving team.
Based in San Francisco, California, Lauren brings a research-driven approach to each search, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, and Pilates.
