As a member of Artico’s cybersecurity team, Steve is an expert in security executive compensation. He leads strategic partnerships and initiatives including Artico’s annual CISO Compensation & Budget survey. Prior to Artico, he was in Caldwell Partner’s cybersecurity practice and at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he worked at the cross-section of the industrial and technology practices focused on digital transformation, cybersecurity, OT, and supply chain. Earlier in his career, Steve led operations and financial planning for multi-billion contracts at Sikorsky Aircraft. Steve is a writer and editor with Beyond the Box Score, a baseball analytics platform. He holds a bachelor’s from The Catholic University of America and a master’s in finance & economics from Trinity College.
