Lois Stetson plays a vital role in search recruitment as an executive search specialist for G/A&A. Lois provides hands-on support to G/A&A clients throughout the search process by recruiting uniquely qualified and diverse candidates, presenting candidates for review by search committees, facilitating the interview process, referencing finalists and ensuring each search results in a successful candidate placement. Lois has also served G/A&A as a research associate where she acquired a breadth of experience and knowledge in executive search. Prior to joining G/A&A, Lois worked with the Office of the State Attorney 1st Judicial Circuit as a paralegal in the private sector where she managed several cases concurrently.
She is currently a member of the Pensacola Archaeological Society. Lois received an A.A. in general studies from Northwest Florida State College, a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in grant proposal writing from Fort Hays State University.
