Ashley Hice

Ashley Hice uses her broad knowledge and experience within higher education to serve G/A&A as a Senior Executive Search Consultant.

Previously working for the Vice Chancellor of Institutional Advancement as the Executive Communications Specialist at the University of Pittsburgh, Hice has acquired the skill set to create diverse candidate pools for searches and communicate efficiently with the clients and candidates to ensure all their needs are met.

Part of her responsibilities include outreach to potential candidates, presenting candidates for review of search committees, managing the interview process, referencing finalists and ensuring clients achieve search closure.

During her time at Youngstown State University, Hice shared her passion for community outreach by serving as the Officer of Community Service, where she was tasked with organizing events, recruiting volunteers and promoting community service projects. Hice received a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing from Youngstown State University.
