Ann Bailey

Dr. E. Ann Bailey has 25 years of experience working in higher education and brings her extensive knowledge of leadership roles to serve G/A&A as a Senior Executive Search Consultant.

Previously serving as the Director of Housing and Residence Life, the Interim Assistant Vice President in the Division of Student Affairs and the Assistant Director for Residence Life at Mississippi State University, Dr. Bailey has background in multiple areas, including: enrollment management, admissions, student recruitment, occupancy management, university health services and auxiliary services. Dr. Bailey’s work has been published in various scholarly journals and primarily focuses on the adjustment of students to college life, as well as the role of the chief housing officer in higher education.

Dr. Bailey received a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University, a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University and a B.S. in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Montevallo.
