Itza Walters

Itza Walters demonstrates a commitment and passion for delivering ideal candidates particularly in searches with unique features and needs. As an executive search consultant for G/A&A, Itza ensures a transparent search process that supports both our clients and the candidates we work with on their behalf. Her responsibilities include outreach to potential candidates, organizing and presenting candidate documentation to search committees for review, facilitating the interview process, referencing finalists and guaranteeing successful search closures. Prior to joining G/A&A, Itza worked in health care as a medical interpreter as well as in a support staff role. Her ability to communicate effectively with multiple constituencies in a highly stressful environment makes her a valuable asset in any search process.

Itza graduated from Augusta University with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in psychology. She taught introductory Spanish courses and has completed graduate coursework at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa in Spanish literature and linguistics.
