Laura is a Partner in LHH Knightsbridge’s Executive Search Practice. She brings more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management. She joined Knightsbridge in 2012 as the first partner in the mid-level search practice. She has since moved into executive search and takes on assignments for executive leaders and very senior technical professionals.
Laura’s practice has been built on her ability to ask the kind of questions that get to the heart of the talent gap to be filled. She holds herself highly accountable to both clients and candidates and acts with diplomacy, urgency and an often-irreverent sense of humour.
A strong community advocate, Laura is the Chair of the Board for Heartache2Hope, a local mental health service provider. She has also been involved in Women in Nuclear, serving on as a director, invited speaker and course facilitator.
