Lindsay Millard is a Senior Consultant with LHH Knightsbridge, Executive Search practice and has over 15 years of experience. Lindsay is a generalist and has provided professional execution services on behalf of top-tier, retained, executive search firms across a variety of industries and functional roles, both domestically and internationally. This includes leadership positions in the not-for-profit, CPG, retail, industrial, professional and financial services, telecommunications and public sectors.

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Lindsay was a member of the world’s largest privately-held executive search firm. She brings a strategic mindset and disciplined approach to conducting research and executing projects at the senior executive level.

Lindsay holds a degree in Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has also obtained certification in both the Birkman Signature Assessment and Hogan HPI/HDS/MVPI Assessment programs.
