Madiha Rashid is a Senior Consultant for LHH Knightsbridge – Executive Search Practice division and has over 10 years of executive search experience. She has developed a solid track record in successfully searching and placing senior-level executives in a variety of industries including manufacturing (consumer products, industrial), financial services, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals and energy. Madiha is well versed in a broad spectrum of functional areas including human resources, finance, sales and marketing, technology, data analytics, manufacturing/operations and general management.
Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Madiha was associated with a global executive search firm where she gained extensive experience on senior-level positions in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. Madiha’s exposure to different cultures while residing in multiple countries has helped her inculcate a global mindset.
Madiha has a M.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London, UK and holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Psychology from Sunway University, Malaysia. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association in Canada. Madiha is an avid travel enthusiast and an active volunteer for settling new immigrants in Canada.
