Chris Sawyer

Chris Sawyer is a Senior Consultant with LHH Knightsbridge who specializes in the not-for-profit, public/broader public and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Chris was at Highland Partners, a global executive search firm and successor to TMP Worldwide Executive Search. She began her career at a boutique search firm in London, Ontario, and was also a member of the executive search practice of KPMG.

Throughout her 25+ year career in executive search, Chris has developed a very thorough and meticulous approach to search management. She has conducted numerous CEO, executive leadership and senior specialist search mandates across a spectrum of local, regional and national organizations including for community, government, regulatory, associations, hospitals and business. Chris has worked extensively with boards and leadership teams who benefit from her knowledge and her commitment to excellence in creating and executing search strategies.

Chris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Arts from the University of Waterloo.
